Why should you choose your duplicator from us? Three words ?quality, price, and service. We use only high-quality components in our duplicators ?Pioneer and Plextor burners, and Acard, Athena, and Apollo controllers. You might be able to find a duplicator at a slightly lower price, but check to see what components are used. Many use a proprietary controller, which might be incompatible with some media. In fact, some vendors’ duplicators will work only with their house brand of media. Also, cheaper burners can result in higher failure rates (or even bad discs in spite of passing), which in turn results in higher costs and more frustration for you, and dissatisfaction from your customers.

They are not intended to, and unable to, copy anything with copyright protection, such as rental movies or even store-bought movies. You may make one backup copy of your own store-bought movie or music video by using a program called DVD Shrink. It’s free to download on the Internet, but the author emphasizes that it is not intended to be used for making illegal copies. The DVD Shrink site is a good place to obtain the program.
